1996 

Ran Construction And Contracting Company was incorporated in June 1996, and has been serving as a Contractor and Subcontractor for special projects since then.

The company completed the precast construction and partial erection works for the Baytur Construction Company’s Ataşehir Project, Phase 3 covering 504 housing units between June 1996 and May 1997

1997 

Baytur Construction Company’s Ataşehir Housing, Office and Mall Projects, Phase 3 covering 483 housing units between July 1997 and August 1998; and Baytur Construction Company’s Yeşilşehir Housing Project, Phase 1 covering 1676 housing units between November 1996 and December 1998.

1999

The company completed the construction of water tank, various single-floor reinforced concrete structures and retaining walls under the Baytur Construction Company’s Göcek Marina Resort Project during the March-April 1999 period.

Construction of tunnel formwork, housing units, conventional formwork and various service buildings as well as the concreting of outdoor parking lot, sidewalk and landscaping areas under the Tekser-Baytur Ordinary Partnership’s Trio Housing Project.

We completed aerated concrete and masonry construction, ready-to-use plaster construction and free-standing roof construction for the Yapı Kredi-Koray Real Estate Investment Trust’s Istanbul Project, Phase 1 & 2, Istanbul between July 1999 and November 2002

2000

The company further completed the Tunnel Formwork, Conventional Formwork and Structural Construction Works of the Baytur Construction Company’s Earthquake Housing Project for Ford Automotive during May-August 2000.

2002

We completed subcontracting works for wooden free-standing roof construction and Sto Exterior Cladding Applications under the Koray Construction Company’s Casaba-İş Koray Project between April 2001 and November 2002.

2003

Among the company’s spectrum of completed projects is Various Reinforced Concrete Constructions for the Baytur Construction Company’s Kuyumcukent Project, Phase 2 between May 2003 and February 2005.

Contracting Services relating to the Seismic Retrofitting and Physical Amendment Work, Roofing Replacement on the Tube Filling Building, and Tanker Platform Construction for the Industrial Automation Control Building, Yarımca Filling Plant Aygaz during the August-December 2003 period;

 2004

As a contractor of Oyak Housing Company, we completed the turnkey delivery of the Amendment to the Administrative Building, General Site Construction Works, Under-Basement Constructions relating to the Storage Building, and Ground Concrete and Fine Constructions for Omsan Logistics Company’s Bursa Facilities during the July-September 2004 period.

Ground Concrete Construction for the New Park Area during the January-March 2005 period; Under-Basement Constructions and Aluminium Joinery Works relating to the Spare Part Storage Construction for Mais’s Bursa Facilities during the June-October 2004 period;

We completed Various Reinforced Concrete Constructions work for Opet Fuel Company’s Marmara Terminal during the October 2004-November 2005 period.

 2005

 Our company completed the Turnkey Construction of the Factory and Administrative Building of Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi Mahdumları Limited Şirketi at the Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone

 4950-m3 Sphere Tank Foundation and 3x115m3 Cylindrical Tank Foundation Constructions for the Aygaz Aliağa are the facilities during the June-December 2005 period have been completed

The 800-m3 Fire Water Storage Construction for Omsan Logistics Company’s Bursa Facilities during the June-October 2005 period; and the Current and Additional Parking Area Infrastructure Constructions for Omsan Logistics Company’s Bursa Facilities during the August 2005-April 2006 period.

The company acted as a building subcontractor for Structural Construction Works under the Baytur Construction Company’s Kozyatağı Housing Project covering 800 housing units between May 2005 and December 2006.

2006

We completed contracting services for the Structural Construction Works of the Dimaş Furniture Company’s Tepeören Warehouse Project during the September 2006-May 2007 period.

We further completed the Construction of Raw and Ground Coffee Silos and Seismic Retrofitting for the New Storage Building of Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi Mahdumları Limited Şirketi at the Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone.

2007

We acted as a building contractor for the Turnkey Construction of Kazmaz Printing Company’s Printcenter Business Centre, and completed the project.

2008

We completed Structural Construction Works for the Baytur Real Estate Investment Company’s Stargate Housing Project.

Structural Construction Works for the Oyak Construction Company’s İkitelli Oyakkent Project, Phase 1 and 2 are among the works completed in 2008.

We completed Structural Construction Works and Infrastructure for  Metro Grosmarket Bakırkoy Shopping Services Company’s Konya Store during December 2008.

2009

In June 2010, we completed the Partial Structural Construction Works for the Bora Construction Company’s Groznycity High-Rise Buildings Project.

 2011

Structural Construction Works of the Training Hospital with an indoor area of 192,000 sqm and Conference Hall with an indoor area of 21,000 sqm under the SA Baytur KKU Male Medical Campus Project, Saudi Arabia were completed at September 2013.

2013

The Turnkey Construction of School and Dormitory Building under the Tarsus Campus Construction Project for the SEV Foundation initiated in November 2012 was completed at August 2013, and the building was put into service.

2014

The Gym, Conference Hall, Dining Hall and Indoor Parking Area Construction of the Tarsus Campus Construction Project Phase 2  for the SEV Foundation was completed at June 2014.

2015

The Warehosue Construction Works of Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi Mahdumları Limited Şirketi, located in the Dudullu Industrial Zone has been started in February 2015 and completed together with its additional Works, at September 2015

2016

The Structural Construction Works of M1 Adana Shopping Mall Revision and Expansion Project has started in May 2016 and has been completed at September 2017

The Structural Construction Works of Yükselen İnşaat Taahhüt ve Ticaret A.Ş. Şancity Cultural and Leisure Center has started in May 2016 and stopped due to employer.

2017

The Structural Construction and Facade Works of Sağlık ve Eğitim Vakfı SAC Gym Building has been started in July 2017 and completed at the end of 2017.

The Packing Facility and Administration Building Construction Works of Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi Mahdumları Limited Şirketi, located in the Dudullu Industrial Zone has been started at March 2017 and is stil on progress.

2018

In March 2019, we have completed the Structural Works of Inci Office Project for Yukselen Insaat Taahhut ve Ticaret A.Ş.  which we started at June 2018.

2019

A Joint Venture Project between Ran Construction & Dekart Construction, named as Bağdat Cad. 250 Aydın Apartment Project completed in September 2020.

2020-2022

Our company has carried out various expansion, renovation and repair works in the Dudullu Production and Packaging Facilities of Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi Mahdumları Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in 2020-2022.

Yükselen İnşaat Taahhüt ve Ticaret A.Ş. Şancity Tourism Culture and Life Center Construction Sıraevler A2 Block  Structural Works, which we started in January 2021, has been completed as of May 2021.

2023

Structural Works for Yükselen İnşaat Taahhüt ve Ticaret A.Ş. R&D Building Project at İstanbul Teknopark, which we started in February 2023, is our ongoing Project.
